Welcome! I'm Taylor, and it has been my dream to start a fitness coaching and training business since I was a sophomore in high school.

Like most of us, I have  been through many ups and downs in my adult life. Throughout college, I battled an eating disorder for about 5 years, and I am still working through the mental toll it took on me, and continues to take.

As a young adult, my passion for fitness stemmed from the group fitness world, and the real community I joined and thrived in at various studios in Los Angeles.

It started with high intensity interval training, and eventually hot yoga.

 

However, over the course of the last two years, my focus has shifted to strength training with an emphasis on proper form and progressive overload.

 

As a coach, I provide knowledge and guidance combined with a custom program tailored to my client's goals. Through working together,  you will be provided the knowledge and tools to develop lifelong habits to thrive!
